How to Do a Reverse Cell Phone Lookup For Free

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Chris_Rempel]Chris Rempel Maybe it's a prank caller who's been pestering you lately - or maybe it's a mysterious number that keeps on appearing on your spouse's cellular phone (recent caller) history. Either way, you want to find out who's been calling - but without being "duped" by one of the countless scams out there that promise instant results, but deliver only a simple set of links to other sites that you could've found on your own for free... So let me explain how to do your own reverse cellular phone number lookup. There's two ways to do it - one is free, and other will cost anywhere from $29 - $99 dollars - which is well worth it if this caller is threatening your safety, well-being, or your relationship with someone you love. 1. The Free Way to Find Pull Up Owner Information For a Cellular Phone Number Cell phone numbers, unlike a regular phone number, aren't listed in public directories - such as WhitePages.com or AnyWho.com, or your local phone book. And although you can put a block on the number in question through your phone company, they likely won't provide you with the offending caller's information. But you want to know exactly who's been calling - don't you? So here's how to do it on the internet, for free... Head on over to Google.com and enter the cellular number in question, in the following format: "123-444-5555" And "1234445555" If Google doesn't find anything, try taking out the area code. As well, try running the search both with quotation marks surrounding the number, and without. Repeat the process with Yahoo.com and MSN.com also, simply to make sure. (These sites are the 3 biggest search engines online, and between the three of them, they'll search practically every web-page, website and otherwise content that exists on the public internet). Doing a search like this will often pull up a profile page or an account page of some kind that will disclose more details - such as their name and address - or an "avatar" (username) or other info like that, that can be cross-referenced and searched in a similar fashion to uncover more information, if available. It might even pull up the suspect's personal webpage or weblog. But if doing a search like this does not produce any results - don't worry - you can still find out who's been calling, and here's how... 2. How to Pay For Real Results When You Need to do a Reverse Search on a Cell Phone Number As I mentioned previously, there are a number of services out there that claim to deliver "instant results", complete with owner name, address history, carrier details, connection status, credit history and so on - but most are complete scams. The good ones will usually cost more, but there are a few decent services that charge less than $50 per search. Here's what you need to look for, before you pull out your credit card: - A solid refund policy. Let's face it - even the best investigator or search product might not be able to find your specific number. So look for companies that offer a guarantee of their results, so that you can place a refund if they can't deliver the owner details for the cellular number. - A sample search. Many services that actually provide real results have a "partial lookup" search function, which shows that they have the capability to provide accurate results. Again, only purchase from companies that offer a no-questions-asked refund policy, regardless of how fancy their sample search results may be. That's how you find out who's been calling - and possibly even where they live. Happy searching! Chris Rempel recommends using [http://www.Cell-Phone-Reverse-Lookup.com]Reverse Cellular Phone Search if you need to find out who belongs to a cell phone number. They offer a 56-day guarantee on their results, and you can easily find out if the number you're looking for is available by doing a sample search for free. Try them out first. Depression - Finding The Right Medication

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Michael_Russell]Michael Russell Once it has been established that a person is suffering from clinical depression, help for the condition is fairly easy to get. Even "regular" physicians are so informed about depression that they can prescribe treatment for it. It's no longer necessary (in most cases) to see a specialist to get a diagnosis or medication for it. If the patient chooses treatment in the form of medication, there are many options available. Each medication has some side effects, so it's just a question of trying different medications until the right one has been established. With most of the medications, results can be seen within three to six weeks, given that the patient takes them on a regular basis and that the dosage is adequate for the patient. Treatment in the form of medication is usually divided into the following categories: - SSRIs (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are medications such as Zoloft, Luvox, Paxil and Prozac. These are the most prescribed drugs for the treatment of depression They only have a few and tolerable side effects, such as mild headaches, insomnia, feeling very sedated, nausea and a decrease in interest in sex. The later can be helped with a small dosage of special medication and the other side effects usually wear of within a few days. They are safe in overdose. - SNRIs (Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors) such as Effexor and Serzone also have good results. The side effects are about the same as the SSRIs, except for the sexual side effects. They are also safe in overdose. - Bupropion (Wellbutrin) has restlessness, anxiety and insomnia as side effects. It is not safe in overdose, since higher amounts of this medication can cause seizures. It is therefore also not recommended in treatment of depressive patients with epilepsy. - Mirtazapine (Remeron) is fairly new on the market. The known side effects are weight gain and a sense of sedation. Due to the later, it is only used at night. It is safe in overdose. - TCAs (Tricyclic Antidepressants) such as Elavil, Pamelor and Norpramin are one of the first types of medication used in treatment of depression. It has quite a lot of side effects and has to be monitored closely by the physician. Despite of this, it is an effective treatment and many patients turn to it when all other treatment forms have failed. The most common side effects are blurred vision, dizziness or feeling lightheaded that can lead to a fall, constipation, urinary problems, dry mouth, a feeling of sedation, heart palpitations and weight gain. It can be fatal in an overdose. - MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) such as Parnate and Nardil are also older forms of medication that are especially used in the treatment of atypical depression, where the patient complains of unexplained body aches, excessive sleeping and overeating. When all else fails, this form of medication is often prescribed. It does come with a lot of side effects though, the same as TCAs. During usage of this medication the patient has to follow a very strict diet. He must avoid all food high in the amino acid tyramine, which are contained in liver, aged wines and cheeses, broad beans and other foods. The patient also must avoid taking any sort of cold medications that contain pseudoephedrine. Mixing the medication with the mentioned foods or a decongestant can be fatal. No matter which medication form the patient and doctor decide to go with, results are even better if the medication is taken while the patient undergoes psychotherapy. 5 Tips to Help You Market When You Think You're Too Busy

By Debbie LaChusa What if you've taken the time to create a marketing plan but now you're so busy servicing your current clients that you're having a hard time keeping on track with your plan? Is it okay to set the plan aside for awhile? After all you've got enough business to keep you busy. And, you're not sure you could handle additional clients right now anyway. While marketing may not seem like a necessary activity when your business is going gang-busters, its only a matter of time before your lack of marketing starts to impact your business. Staying on top of your marketing plan, even when you're busy, ensures you always have a pipeline full of prospects and clients into your business. While you may be busy right now, if you stop marketing for the next three months, you may find yourself high and dry when it comes to clients, because you've stopped the flow. As an independent professional myself, I can totally relate to being too busy to market. It seems the days are never long enough to get everything on my to-do list done. But as a marketing professional I know I cant afford to NOT get my marketing done. So whats a busy gal (or guy) to do?!? Here are 5 suggestions ─ these are things I do and recommend to all my clients in my 10stepmarketing System. (1) If you havent already, create a marketing calendar. Schedule all of your marketing activities in the calendar according to how frequently you planned to do them in your marketing plan. If you planned to do something monthly, enter it on the calendar once each month. Weekly? Enter it four times per month. Do this for every planned activity. (2) Hang your marketing calendar over your desk on a bulletin board or on the wall. Make a habit of looking at it every morning. This way you won't have the problem of out of site out of mind. I cant tell you how many clients Ive had whose marketing plans have ended up in a file folder in a drawer. You're certainly NOT going to grow your business that way! (3) Try incorporating your marketing activities into your weekly and daily to-do list. Enter the activities as to-do tasks in your calendar or PDA just like all your appointments and other business activities. I do this with all my marketing activities. I use Microsoft Outlook and a Pocket PC and its the only way I know Ill keep myself on track. If somethings on my calendar, I treat it like any other meeting or appointment and I do it. For example, every Wednesday, a little notice pops up to remind me to write my weekly ezine. If that didnt happen Id either be writing it on Mondays at midnight, or it wouldnt get done. (4) Pick one day per month to review your marketing calendar in detail and to look three months ahead. Whats coming up that you need to prepare for now? What do you need to transfer into your to-do list or PDA to make sure you dont forget to do it? I usually do this at the end of the month when Im doing all my month-end work ─ things like running sales reports, doing billing, and updating my marketing tracking reports. Make it a habit to review your marketing at the same time you do these tasks. After a few months you won't even have to think about it anymore, it'll become a habit. (5) Consider hiring an assistant or support person to help. If they can take some of the tasks off your plate that really dont require your expertise, it will free you up to focus on what I call revenue producing activities. These are things like working with clients, creating products and services and marketing. I couldnt believe the difference it made when I hired some help. I didnt think I could afford it, but now I dont see how I lasted so long without help! When you find a way to get back on track with your marketing and you do it on regular basis, it really does become a part of the way you do business. Suddenly it doesnt seem like marketing anymore. Its just what you do to run your business. Thats when it becomes effortless. And, that's when you know your business will be continue to be busy and profitable for the long-haul. The Importance Of Sexual Health

By Stephen Lau Aging is a disease, which is neither a natural process nor a consequence of time. Sexual activity can slow down, if not control, the process of aging. However, Dr. S. Jay Olshansky, scientist in the Department of Medicine at the University of Chicago, said, "The price we pay for sex is death." Simply put, once you have reproduced and passed on your genes, you are literally disposable. In fact, many mammals in the animal kingdom perish as soon as they have completed the process of reproduction. But a life of abstinence won't make you live any longer, if not shortening your life. Why is that? Because all human, regardless of whether they reproduce or not, will die eventually. This is just the nature of things. Aging begins in adulthood, picks up in middle age, and accelerates after age fifty. No sooner has your body reached its peak in your twenties than it begins its long and slow decline, thus starting decades of change, which is aging. Given that the aging process is complex, there are many factors contributing to how you will age. Your body has a built-in system that guarantees your will not live forever. However, you may manipulate this mechanism to your advantage such that you could reverse your aging, or at least slow down its process. Sex is one of the many ways of manipulation. Your sex holds the key to your longevity. According to the Oriental wisdom, "yin" and "yang" are two aspects of Heaven and Earth, which are in constant flux, controlling and restraining each other. They are forever at variance with each other, like the changes of the four seasons. These changes are what maintain human life. To live a long life, individuals must abide by the natural variances of "yin" and "yang," just as they must act in accordance with the changing of the four seasons. When you suppress your sexual activity for whatever reason, you may upset the balance of your "yin" and "yang" due to the obstruction of "qi," the vital life energy in your body, resulting in disease and disorder"qi," is incapable of being vented, and the intermingling of "yin" and "yang" is therefore obstructed. If blockage occurs, it is then impossible to keep the tone of the physical body, which is normally maintained through sexual activity. Therefore, it is essential that the "qi" of the body is allowed to move freely so that it may aid in the disposal of waste gases and other toxic materials from the body for ultimate health. Accordingly, sexual activity not necessarily intercourse is an important component of balance and harmony in any individual, irrespective of age. In addition, sex is sacred because it connects you in the most basic way to the source of Creation; it is an act symbolizing the origin of life, and hence is life itself. Furthermore, sexual activity contributes to companionship, an important ingredient in the process of healthful aging. Given the importance of sexual activity at any point in an individual's lifespan, you should do everything possible to maintain it. It is always a misconception that your sex life becomes more unfulfilled as you age. Loss of sexual function and erectile dysfunction are NOT the normal consequences of aging. Of course, the male and female experience gradual but significant changes in their sexual response as they age. To maintain your sexual activity, you must be sexually healthy. For example, healthy males have 2 to 5 nocturnal erections, each lasting about 20 minutes. Do you have erectile dysfunction? If you do, is your problem organic or psychogenic? Females, too, may have their sexual dysfunctional problems due to loss of sex drive, vaginal dryness, and vaginal atrophy (the closing down of the vagina during or after menopause, resulting in painful intercourse). To optimize your sexual health, seek help to address any sexual problem you may have. Making love regularly stimulates the production of testosterone (a natural anabolic steroid hormone produced by the testicles), which in turn fuels the production of sex drive. It is essential that you have sex and ejaculate regularly for optimum health. Without the sex drive, there is no sex, and sex forms an important bond between a man and a woman, such that when it declines or stagnates, the whole relationship falls apart, resulting in all types of health-related problems. Stress from work, from finance, from health, from relationship takes toll on your libido and plays havoc with your sexual health, which will ultimately consume your well-being. If you want to have sex for the rest of your life, focus on how to keep having sex for the rest of your life. Your longevity has everything to do with sex. Even More Proper Questions To Ask In An Interview

By Michael Russell This is the third installment to the article "Proper Questions To Ask In An Interview". Although this installment can be read alone, it would be best to read the first and second previous articles first. When it comes to asking a person for references, an employer can ask for the names of persons willing to provide professional and/or character references for the prospective employee. An employer should ask, "By whom were you referred for a position here"? An employer should not ask a prospective employee questions of a prospective employee's former employers or acquaintances which elicit information specifying the prospective employee's religious creed, color, ancestry, race, national origin, medical condition, physical handicap, sex, age, or marital status. When it comes to asking a person who to notify when the potential employee has an accident or in an emergency, an employer should simply ask that. An employer should not ask a potential employee the name and address of a relative to be notified in case of emergency or accident. When it comes to asking a potential employee about organizations and activities that they belong to, an employer should ask, "Please list job-related clubs, professional societies, clubs, or other associations to which you belong. You may omit those which indicate your color, religious creed, race, age, national origin, sex, or ancestry". An employer should not ask, "List all societies, lodges, organizations and clubs to which you belong". Important tips for prospective employees having a person to person interview are pretty basic. First impressions are very important. A prospective employee may be able to do the work accurately and efficiently and may know all the answers, but a prospective employee must also win the approval of the interviewer. In a person to person interview, many people believe that appearances counts up to 90 percent in an interview. It is important for a prospective employee to not underdress or overdress in an interview. Dress in a manner that's businesslike. Attention to personal grooming and dress will give the potential employee confidence. A potential employee should avoid extremes in makeup, hairstyles and clothing. It is important as a potential employee to think about the questions that may be asked of them. Give some thought to the type of response that should be given to the questions the employer may ask. Poise and confidence will be gained from such preparation when a prospective employee approaches their interview. A prospective employee may be asked other questions like, "What salary do you expect"? Or, "Why do you want to work for this company"? Prospective employees may be asked about their skills and grades and should know the proper answers to these questions. During an interview, a prospective employee should speak in a clear, firm voice and give direct answers. Practice going through an interview, phrasing your answers to possible questions. An evasive, hesitant answer immediately leaves doubt in the employer's mind. Remember, too much can never be done to help your confidence and poise. Michael Russell
